 Juice PLUS+® Company Europe GmbH, Basel, Switzerland.
This website is the official European online accessories shop for Juice PLUS+ merchandise. It is available for distributors and their customers.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any item that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping basket, contact us immediately by phone and we will correct the mistake.

Payment can be made online by Visa, MasterCard, maestro, Visa debit, Solo and JCB only.


If you are ordering outside of the UK, you have the option to pay in euros on your Credit card.

Please note that orders will not be processed without full payment being authorized.


If you do not have a credit card or do not want to pay by credit card, please ring the office for our bank details, you can then make a bank transfer.

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.
If we are out of stock of an item we will let you know by email.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently underpriced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.


Payment card security
Your credit card security is very important to us, and that is why we are partnered with Worldpay, one of the largest and most respected in its sector.
We use Worldpay because they have been at the forefront of developing secure, comprehensive and straightforward e-payment processing systems since their inception in 1993. They use a range of sophisticated and internationally recognized encryption techniques and fraud-prevention technologies to offer a  high level of security.
Regularly audited by the banking authorities, they are fully compliant with the payment Card Industry Data security Standards (PCI DSS). They regularly check our online website to ensure that we are compliant.


Finally, your credit card details are encrypted, (using 128 bit encryption SSL). Your details are not held in clear text on any part of our site.

Back orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.



We deliver goods to the UK, EU and none EU countries and most other worldwide destinations.

We aim to dispatched orders within 24 hours of receipt (Monday to Friday). Depending on size and weight, the parcel will either go first class mail, ‘signed for’ mail or via courier.

The delivery cost on the website are an estimate. In most cases we aim to reduce delivery cost where we can.

Delivery time table
UK -  Orders should be received within 2 to 3 working days unless we email you.
EU – Orders should be received in 4-5 working days unless we email you.
Others – Orders for other destination may take longer. Exact timetables for specific destination can be provided upon request.

If the country that you wish the items to be delivered to is not on the list, please contact us by phone or email.

A copy of your invoice will be emailed the day your parcel leaves the warehouse.

Returns, Refund policy and Cancellation

To cancel an order with us, please call +44 (0) 1730 829928 or email orders@juiceplusshop.eu as soon as possible after placing it. If we receive your instruction prior to despatch then your credit/debit card will not be charged

If, however, your order has already been despatched, you will need to await its receipt and then return the goods to us (should you still wish to cancel) unopened and as new, in order to receive a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage and packaging).


Your rights to return good are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
To return an item, please first advise us of your intentions via email orders@juiceplusshop.eu or by phone 
+44 (0) 1730 829928 quoting your order reference number. 

We will accept purchases back – within 30 days of purchase – but they must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Returned item(s) must be undamaged and returned at the buyer’s expense.

For correctly delivered undamaged goods, refunds of outward postage will not be granted. For your own protection we suggest you obtain proof of posting of your return package.
